New Home Update

Well, it looks like our home is still on schedule. The closing date is mid-November and we are still on track. The last few weeks have been busy for the builders. The wiring is in place, dry wall is up, kitchen and bathroom cabinets have been installed, baseboards, crown molding, stair rails are finished. The primer paint has been done and the exterior stucco is finished. September and October will see the finishings left such as the door handles and cabinet knobs, large items will be installed like sinks, appliances, granite, flooring, etc... It is so exciting, to see this home take shape! As the closing date approachs, we have started to look at different types of furniture, decorating colors and so on... So many choices!
